  Had them pump my backed up septic and they only pumped the water chamber and never did the solid chamber. Called them once I discovered this and they wanted to charge me full price to just pump the solid chamber and I said I would pay half price to do the chamber they never did and they gave me a bunch of nonsense and excuses....don't use them they discharge the waste into a field but charge you to bring it to a recycling plant
